Benign positional vertigo is an inner ear issue. When waste gets backed up inside the head the inner ear can fill with fluid interfering with balance and the way our body interprets the information of its surroundings. This can lead to dizziness and other symptoms.
Its fairly common for people to experience bouts of vertigo when their body is detoxing as the body will use the ears as an exit point for waste. The waste flows out of the ears as ear wax.
