I thought this was quite funny, and wanted to share! My partner said to me this morning “I seem to have woken up all sneezy and mucousy this morning”. So I get my terrain model thinking cap on and ask him what he had for dinner last night. To which he replied a chicken wrap.
4th day on fully raw fruits, I am very sharp and had a great experience meditating. Had taken little grains today, immediately felt heaviness and man it is addicting. It started with one spoon and it kept going.
My wellness doc recommends organic grass fed proteins and butter and raw cheese along with fruits and veggies and fermented foods. No sugar/grains/dairy. I notice a lot of no meat conversation in this group. Curious if anybody believes these meats have some benefit. I have reflux/GERD that comes and goes pretty much regardless of diet.
i just listened to an interview of Rosalind Graham on the fruitarian podcast. in the interview she states that grains under a microscope look like tiny shards of glass. I am wondering does rice look the same? do potatoes look the same. ie: like tiny shards of glass under a microscope?

Question on grains: Why is gluten worse than gluten free grains? If one would chew properly would the amylase still not completely break down the starch in grains?
