So this is the default setting on a nutrient tracker app. My potassium levels blow through these goal marks. So does my other “vitamin” intake. I eat fruit all day with some leafy greens and an avocado. What are the highest “safe” levels of nutrients from fruit. I’m currently at almost 8,000mg of potassium
