Terrain answer:

As the body starts to eliminate old waste the blood levels will be constantly changing as the old waste is moved into the blood stream for elimination.
Fruits only is not recommended long term. Humans require leafy greens. Leafy greens help to sweep out the digestive tract, hydrate the body and provide lots of alkaline minerals to neutralize acids.
Our natural diet is about 50% Fruits and 50% greens by volume, so ideally we should be eating one fruit meal a day and then one salad meal each day.
When people eat only fruits, excluding the leafy greens they tend to run into issues. All fruit is providing far more sugar than we need and not being balanced with enough alkaline minerals.
