How do you start a raw diet in the winter without giving up?

Question:

How do you start a raw diet in the winter without giving up? I’m a cold person in a cold state and relish warm WFPB dishes seasonally. I’ve tried all raw in the summer and can get 70% raw with filtered cooked here and there. Tips and tricks appreciated!

I make lots of raw soups with warm water, or let the blender run for a minute or two to warm the soup without cooking it. I also like to drink warm water in my water bottle instead of room temp or cold. On really chilly days I will take hot water and blend it with dates and carob powder for a raw hygienic hot “chocolate”. I also find eating slightly more nuts and seeds during the winter to be helpful.
