Question:

I have a question that was triggered by something I read on a different post. Every month, for as long as I can remember, I get an excruciating hormonal headache that would last for two or three days. I would always just drink extra water and go to sleep but would almost always wake and then headache would return within minutes or in worst cases, still be there on waking. I don’t use pharmaceuticals, but had tried herbal remedies which never worked at all. Recently someone suggested ginger, and the headache went for the first time EVER. I read on a post someone made that we shouldn’t take ginger for colds, but would the same apply here?
These headaches are debilitating and excruciatingly painful. I don’t eat gluten, eggs, dairy or pork. I eat sugar occasionally. I juice celery and cucumber. Removing foods from my diet definitely helped with Hashimoto’s but never stopped the headaches.
What are your thoughts on this. Is the ginger an acceptable remedy?

Terrain answer:

Headaches are an indication of a lot of trapped acidic wastes in the head.
