I’m in transition and followin...


I’m in transition and following a suggestion from someone in this group to eat fruit for breakfast, a salad for lunch and a sensible vegan meal for dinner. Today makes a week since I have been eating this way. This screenshot shows my macros for yesterday. I’m surprised at how close I am to the 80/10/10 model that is recommended. So far I’ve not noticed any negative side effects. The positive side effects are that I’m sleeping better, I have more energy and I’ve lost 5 lbs. I’m so happy I found this group!

Nice. Excellent job! Once you are eating your natural foods you will start to see just how easy it is to stay in those ranges. All of our natural foods just fall in those parameters.
