In what ways does the Plant ba...


In what ways does the Plant based Milks like Soy, Almond, Rice, Coconut etc effect our body? Are they acidic and create mucus or are Alkaline? Do they negatively effect the process of detoxification while we’re in our transition phase? Would there be any difference if they’re boiled and consumed or are taken raw? Is there any alternative to them?
Also would like to know about Cacao/cocoa powder and it’s effects on our body. Thanks.

It depends. There are a number of factors that would go into the relative burden. Homemade plant milk would be far less burdensome than commercially made. Commercial milk contains a wide variety of chemicals with varying levels of toxicity and also usually contains salt.
