I’ve been fasting for 3 days,...


I’ve been fasting for 3 days, mostly just drinking water and water with lemon. Today on day 3 started feeling severe body aches and feels like a bad sick is coming on. Should I continue the fast or start adding some fruit and fats?

We should only break a fast with fruits, ideally the most watery fruit that is in season. We also must break a fast with small portions. Overt Fats should not be reintroduced for a few days, ideally not at all. Overt fats tend to burden the body and should only be consumed sporadically.
