I’ve been following natural hy...


I’ve been following natural hygiene for 6 months now and I transitioned really quickly cause I’m an all or nothing kind of person.
I eat the following every day:
Breakfast – 2 oranges and 3 kiwi fruits
Lunch – quarter rock Melon (cantaloupe)
Dinner – zuchini, cucumber, avocado, fresh corn, tomatoes, baby spinach and fresh lime juice
I feel pretty energised after breakfast but it’s downhill from there for rest of day. I’m planning to stop eating full avocado each day but would appreciate any suggestions for how to increase my energy levels and alertness through the day. Starting to wish I didn’t give up coffee! Really appreciate any suggestions! Thanks
