just a quick question to all you knowledgeable people on here, several times I have read that bones can fix themselves.
I’m trying to change onto a much more sensible diet because I think I’m developing osteoarthritis, I live on my own and I don’t drive. I’m trying to eat just fruit with nuts but I have addictions and during these turbulent times dropping them isn’t so easy.
What are the first foods to drop? Am I right in thinking it’s wheat and coffee?
