Lets say your standard person...


Lets say your standard person decides to change their diet from the regular bits and bobs of everything to a fruit , leafy green diet , hoping to detox and improve general health . What should we expect to see with regards to detoxing ? with regards to symptoms , times , severity ? Obviously every person will be different but as a general idea?
