Love this! Such a great visual representation. PROTIEN makes you FAT. Protein is all about ACIDS. Acids need to be diluted and buffered to keep your cells from getting burned. So the more protein you eat, the more acids your body need to deal with and the fatter you get. You might lose a little weight short term on high protein diet because of calorie restriction, but you will always yo-yo. Always. Because you are a human and all humans are frugivores, fruit eaters. We do not have the physiology to handle proteins without consequences. If you want to struggle with your weight for decades, eat protein. If you want to effortlessly lose weight and be pain free, eat fruits and leafy greens.
