QUESTION: Is there such a thin...


QUESTION: Is there such a thing as TOO MUCH SLEEP? ever since daylight savings time(sleep deprivation),my unfortunate accidental fall down stairs,and overall experience of sensory overload,I have been sleeping 9+ hours every night,PLUS naps.any group member have any input to share? Thank you

No. Your body will not oversleep. If you are capable of sleeping it is because your body requires the extra rest. I have a more in depth post on the subject here:
