“Misinterpretation of virus /7th part/
This publication clearly states that “The presence of CPE alone does not indicate successful isolation of a coronavirus”. Although it was pointed out that they performed virus isolation, a detailed reading of the publication makes it obvious that no virus isolation was performed in this publication.

science-checker:
1. Vero E6 cells – laboratory monkey cells; healthy laboratory cells.
2. Inoculation – introduce alleged virus into healthy laboratory cells
3. Cytopathic effect (CPE) – structural changes in vero cells; it is not a virus isolation!
4. Supernatant – the usually clear liquid overlying material deposited by precipitation or centrifugation. Supernatant of vero cells is not a virus isolation.
5. Real-time PCR is not a virus isolation.”
