My wellness doc recommends organic grass fed prote

My wellness doc recommends organic grass fed proteins and butter and raw cheese along with fruits and veggies and fermented foods. No sugar/grains/dairy. I notice a lot of no meat conversation in this group. Curious if anybody believes these meats have some benefit. I have reflux/GERD that comes and goes pretty much regardless of diet.
