Toothache

Question:

Hi. I’m still fairly new to this page and the whole concept of Terrain theory.
How would people deal with very bad toothache? I know saltwater is a good antibiotic but also kills healthy bacteria.
Does anyone know of other natural remedies to counter the pain?

Terrain answer:

Whenever I have had a toothache, the first thing I do is use a water flosser to remove any debris. Most toothaches are due to something being caught in or around the teeth or gums that the body is creating inflammation, and pain as a side effect, to remove. Removing the debris often brings relief rapidly.
I also always abstain from eating until the pain is completely cleared.
If you do not have a water flosser, you can swish with warm water repeatedly until you clear the debris or the pain starts to lift.
