What causes canker sores?

What causes canker sores?

Terrain answer:

The body causes canker sores. Canker sores are an ulcer that the body uses to drain acid wastes. They often occur in areas where the tissue has already been weakened, for example if you bite your lip you might get a canker sore in that area later because those tissues are already in a weakened state, so the body will expel through that weakened area when it needs to drain waste and then it will repair those damaged cells after the draining is completed.
